Europe Here I Come
Europe Here I Come – I’m rushing to leave my house in three hours for my Late Bloomer Europe tour. I’m visiting friends new and old, and meeting loyal Late Bloomer fans in person. I love my fans as much as I love my garden, and while the weather is nice in the U.K., Amsterdam and Germany, I’m going. The trip culminates in the die Seriale web festival in Geissen, Germany. Started by the creator/director of “Number of Silence” web series, Csongor Dobrotka, who I met at Vancouver Web Fest in 2016, die Seriale opened its submissions this year to international series and I submitted “Late Bloomer,” which is a Best Documentary Series nominee. Now that I have completed five seasons, and 100 episodes – something rare in the digital series world – this might be the last web festival I submit to, so I especially wanted to be present. In particular, die Seriale is screening the series in a movie theatre, so that will be exciting to see my Loofa episode in all it’s glory.
Please catch up on all my latest videos. I’ve been so busy editing, I haven’t had time to post here on my site. All of my uploads, Instagram and Facebook posts are shared on this site, so you can keep up with what’s going on, even if I don’t publish a blog. I’m still debating how I am going to cover the trip, i.e., if I’m going back to mobile editing and uploading, or wait until I get back. But, I hope you will be following Late Bloomer and me on your favorite social media!
