Kaye’s Lemon Cucumber Spicy Dill Pickles
Brine, makes 2 pint jars
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. filtered water
1 tbl. sugar
1 tbl. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
Pack into each pint jar:
washed & sliced lemon cucumbers
1 cayenne pepper
1 glove garlic, sliced
sprig fresh dill
1/8 tsp. peppercorns
Whisk brine. Pour over packed jars. Seal. Refrigerate for several hours. Keeps up to two months in refrigerator.
