Dear Kaye, You are my inspiration! Though I have been gardening veggies and flowers for many years here in upstate NY, one day I needed advice on growing cabbage and I found you. I show your videos to anyone who will listen. You make us feel like your neighbor. I would love to be your neighbor! What a spirit you have and you have sparked my garden bug this year and just now as I was out checking all 90 plus plants that I have, I kept hearing you say “be vigilant” *smiles* THANK YOU… Read more
Wow, Kaye, your garden looks Fabulous. We are also shifting over to warm crops now. Few more cabbages, broccoli and peas left. I was pretty happy to see our first baby tomato. BTW, I downloaded your ebook and looking forward for some great tips. Keep up the good work.
I enjoy watching your videos so much! I’m from Hawaii, but at the moment I’m in Minnesota for college and I’ve been having gardening withdrawals. I’ve attempted to grow some things indoors, because I’m in an apartment, but they’ve all failed. I’ll need to do more research and hopefully I’ll be successful. Can’t wait until your next upload!
Kaye, I am from New Zealand and have only in the past six months grown my own veggies! Today was a crappy, rainy day, so I spent it watching all or your videos. I, like you, got hooked on the land as soon as I tried gardening. Your style is magic! I love your spirit, your style and your tips! Hanging out for the next video now!
I LOVE your new site! It’s beautiful, and so chocked full of information that’s easy to navigate. So happy I checked it out and will be returning over and over again. Just looking at the photos of all the fresh fruits, veggies, and recipes is making me want to go outside and find more spaces to plant a plethora of healthy home grown food for me and my family! Awesome…thanks for creating this wonderful site!
Thank you for this incredibly informative video, Kaye!! And my goodness, YOU are as lovely as your beautiful flowers!!! Will be checking out your others for more of the fun- I’m officially a Late Bloomer from this point on!!! :)))
Oh Kaye what beautiful parrots! They really like your sunflowers I can see.

Oh, wonderful! Thanks for getting in touch with me. I’m going to have to sell and move soon. Lots to do. Looking for a next Late Bloomer Garden, if you still know people here. You can recommend me. Lots of love! Keep following and hope you watched all the recent videos with Jacq Davis. She’s so knowledgeable and a great chef! xx Kaye
Hello Kaye !
Just found your Videos , Blog ,etc . WOW ! I am from California originally , but have lived in Ohio since 1989. Your Garden is lovely Kaye ! Growing up in L.A., I never remember seeing feral Parrots. Until around maybe the 1980’s …in a Park near the Light House in San Pedro. Are they pretty much all over the place now ? Colonies ? I live in a tiny old House in what they say is “the Foothills of the Appalachians.” Fall is right around the corner and it does turn gorgeous -beautiful here at that time . Its my favorite Season. Just thought I would give you a shout out and say hi . Love your Channel. You give me much to think about . BTW: I am the Daughter of a working Actor Dad(back in the 1950’s-60’s) and a Mother who worked in a Grocery Store in Pacific Palisades ! God Bless you and Take Care .
